住盛建築的魅力，飯店等級的裝潢，高規格的設計。 坐北朝南，坐東朝西，地坪55〜60坪，建坪132〜143坪，1樓前院車庫可停放4輛房車，共八戶豪宅。 內部設計多採用石材作為地面質料，壁面的材料有兩種以上，和房間的氛圍相互融合，雖然是兩種以上的材料在同個空間，卻不會感到突兀，反而增添層次感。 內部細節不馬乎，廚房長桌上隱藏升降插座，方便在忙碌的早晨中在長桌上使用電子產品，房間內的更衣間也是開放式的，必要時可以將隱藏式拉門拉上，這種設計既不會因為內部隔間壓縮了空間，還能達到空間上的區隔。 陽台地面的設計與假草皮的色系令人非常舒服，感到愉悅。陽台不只是陽台，搭配格局上的設計，也是通風的重要處。陽台的圍欄使用玻璃材質，讓視覺上看起來更寬闊，有別於傳統欄杆或是築牆，玻璃更顯得有格調且寬闊。
