1/21起正式開放民眾參觀，傍晚約6點點燈，
長23公尺、寬10公尺、高8公尺的大鯨魚，
是台南大型環境藝術，位於港濱歷史公園內，
大魚的祝福這件裝置藝術作品重達20幾噸，
上半部以3714支不銹鋼管焊接，
巨大量體沒有用到一根螺絲，保有線條的純粹，
內部以634支不銹鋼管焊接構成，鑲嵌448片釉燒玻璃，
形成一個象徵因包容而豐富多彩的台灣島嶼圖形，
民眾可以上樓進入魚肚內欣賞海景，
傍晚來還可以賞夕陽與漁港夜景，視野非常棒！

來到安平除了賞古蹟、逛老街、嚐小吃及搭運河遊船外，
台南市觀光局邀請知名藝術家楊士毅，
在安平港邊的港濱歷史公園創作『大魚的祝福』鯨魚公共裝置藝術，
白天可以觀海賞夕陽，華燈初上的夜晚也美不勝收，
未來安平一帶會整個綠地串連，很令人期待…
