In Tainan, the “Street Art Museum Plus” centered on Zhongzheng Road and Hai’an Road has assembled more than 20 groups of artists; it presents more than 40 large-scale neighborhood landscape art. 在台南，以中正路、海安路為中心的「街道美術館plus」，集結了20多組藝術家；呈現40多件大型街區景觀藝術。自去年8月18日開始為期一年，在城市街道上，化身極具藝術創意的美術館！

說到台南，一個兼具歷史面貌 散發著藝術人文氣息的城市，當然還有讓人想念的美味小吃。而在2018年，這座城市再次打造潮流城市美學「街道美術館PLUS」，由都市發展局主辦，知名策展人杜昭賢團隊策劃；以「城市伸展台」與「城市的聲音」雙主題，邀請藝術家們一同打造最貼近城市特質的裝置藝術，讓臺南的街道風景展現煥然一新面貌！
On Hai’an Road, art time tells you

The installation art on Hai’an Road is based on the theme of “The Voice of the City” and consists of 12 works. From 12 noon to 12 o’clock in the day, every hour of the bell rings, and the installation art created by the ventilation tower as the main body will take turns, sound, light, color, and rhythm.
At 9 o’clock every night, all works of art will start to sound at the same time, and various sounds representing the image of Tainan city will be displayed in the neighborhood, giving the people different perceptions, as if the entire Hai’an Road is the art clock of Tainan.
海安路上的裝置藝術以「城市的聲音」為主題，共12件作品。自一天中的中午12點至晚間12點，每個整點鐘聲響起，而沿路以通風塔為主體創作的裝置藝術，將以聲音、光線、色彩、律動，輪流為大家報時。
每晚9點，所有藝術作品將同時啟動發聲，在街區上演各種代表著台南城市意象的聲響，帶給民眾不同的感知，彷彿整條海安路就是台南的藝術時鐘。

這些負責整點報時的裝置藝術，有的收集了台南的聲音：市場裡的滾滾人聲、週而復始的海潮聲、虔敬安定的廟宇聲……，通過聲音憶起溫暖的城市記憶；有的以互動光影，讓行走街道的每一步都充滿著驚喜；還有療癒的燈泡人陪伴你的走入夜晚，隨時可以坐在怡人的街道家具上歇息，並且好好欣賞海安藝術大道周邊的藝術景觀。

除了藝術報時之外，街道美術館上還有多處打卡互動熱點，像是藝術家游文富的作品《TAG海安》&《愛的OS》，以竹篾3D版的漫畫對話框形式，讓大家能夠以手機在此借位拍照，可以將心中想說的話打在竹編立體的對話框中，成為打卡亮點。
Zhongzheng Road shows Tainan’s past Shouguang Town
中正路 展現臺南過往末廣町風華
In the Japanese occupation period, it was called Zhongzheng Road in Shouguang Town. It is a collection of distinctive buildings. It is still full of fashion and creativity. In 2018 “Street Art Museum PLUS”, artists are invited to create an art installation on Zhongzheng Road with the theme of “Urban Stretching Platform”. The works of art also follow the four aspects of Zhongzheng Road’s “fashion attire”, “exquisite craftsmanship”, “young trend” and “walking field”. In the historic buildings and outdoor spaces, the combination of visual and strong interaction. 日治時期曾被稱為末廣町的中正路，集結著各異其趣的特色建築，如今仍充滿著時尚、創意。在2018「街道美術館PLUS」中，邀請藝術家們以「城市伸展台」為題，打造中正路上的藝術裝置。而藝術作品也隨著中正路的「時尚華服」、「精工精品」、「年輕潮流」、「遊步場」等四種面向，在古蹟的騎樓及戶外空間，結合視覺性強烈、互動性的創作，讓經過的人們，想花多一些時間駐足，欣賞巷弄之美。
“Urban Planting”, created by Woer’s work, planted light on old buildings, watching the movement of light and shadow on the columns of the promenade at night, while “Iron Window Light” combines LED lights, cold lights and iron windows. The structure, through the change of light, shows the folk decoration process; also establishes a new and integrated link.
由沃手工作創作的《城市植光》在老建築物上種植光，在夜晚看著長廊列柱上光影流動變化著；而《鐵 窗 光》則結合了LED燈光、冷光燈以及鐵花窗的結構，透過燈光變化，展現民間裝飾工藝；也建立新就融合的連結。
The artist “Da Daiguang” created by the artist Ren Daxian uses decorative lines to create the shape of the lamps, hanging in the idle arcade space, and combining the stunning and magnificent atmosphere. The “Sainan Ginza” block is created in the “Taiwan Ginza” neighborhood. The setting sun of the sun sets the old magnetic brick wall as an important element of the street, combined with the light, so that the original dark lanes are given the change of light and shadow.
而藝術家任大賢創作的《線代光景》，用裝飾性線條創作燈具的造型，吊掛在閒置的騎樓空間中，組合出令人驚豔的華麗氛圍；而位在「臺南銀座」街區中創作的《落日拾光》以老磁磚牆面為此街道重要元素，結合燈光呈現，讓原本幽暗的巷弄，被賦予光影與色彩的變化。
In addition, at the crossroads of Hai’an Road and Zhongzheng Road, artist Chen Yanxu combined with the concept of urban stretching platform to create a huge green wonder “Runway”. Walking on the street is like crossing the forest, inviting pedestrians to become the focus of the spotlight on the runway.
此外，在海安路與中正路的十字路口上，藝術家陳彥旭結合城市伸展台概念，打造巨大綠色奇景《Runway》，走在街上就像穿越森林一般，邀請行人成為伸展台上的鎂光燈焦點。
