Exhibition Introduction
In Taiwan, the creative industry is gradually taking shape – modern people’s demands for living space are becoming more and more functional and aesthetic, which drives the demand for interior designers to grow. The scope of interior design has gradually expanded, and is no longer confined to living spaces. Others such as commercial space, work space, exhibition space, dining space and various types of public, public or private spaces have increased the demand for interior designers. Architecture and interior design are also slowly developing towards technology, refinement and specialization. Especially interior designers, with the development and innovation of design, construction and new materials, have become synonymous with modern refined quality and standard. The interior design industry also has unlimited business opportunities.
The Taiwan International Architecture Interior Design Building Exhibition has been held for four times, supported by the industry, academia and research community, and the visitors responded enthusiastically. In the fourth session of 2018, 123 manufacturers participated in the exhibition, using an exhibition area of 4,000 pings, about 13,000 square meters, attracting more than 30,000 visitors from professionals and target consumers, including professional architects and designers. 40%, target consumer group accounted for 60%, laying the most professional and largest construction industry representative exhibition in the central region.
展覽簡介
在臺灣，創意產業漸漸成形－現代人對居住空間的要求越來越講究機能性和美感，因此帶動室內設計師需求成長。室內設計的範圍也逐漸擴大，不再侷限於居住空間，其他像是商業空間、工作空間、展演空間、餐飲空間及各類型公共、公眾或私人空間等，對於室內設計師的需求亦日漸提升。建築與室內設計也慢慢朝向科技化、精緻化及特色化等面向發展，尤其是室內設計師，隨著設計、施工及新材料的開發與創新，已成為現代精緻生活品質與水準的代名詞，室內設計相關行業亦蘊藏無限商機。
台灣國際建築室內設計建材展已舉辦四屆，受到產官學研界支持，及參觀者熱烈迴響。2018年第四屆，集結123家廠商參與，使用展覽面積計4,000坪約13,000平方公尺，吸引專業人士及目標消費群超過3萬人次參觀人潮，其中專業人士建築師與設計師等佔比約40%，目標消費群佔60%，奠定中部地區最具專業及最大規模建築產業代表展會。
2019年第五屆台灣國際建築室內設計建材展延續小米蘭設計概念，進一步整合並正式啟動《臺中設計週》，從傳統建築、裝修建材，將現代空間美學與人本生活作為臺中設計力的極致呈現。特別規劃一系列設計美學相關活動「米蘭設計大道」、「設計大師講座」、「智慧生活體驗場域」、「技師專業活動」、「B2C裝修諮詢」等，以「臺中設計週」為主題推動中台灣『產業設計力』概念，邀請廠商參與展會，共創中台灣空間設計展會佳績。
